We spend one third of our lives
asleep. New research is underscoring the necessity and benefits of a full
night of restorative sleep. Yet over half of Americans are sleep deprived.
Another 40 % have frequent insomnia—with 10 to 20% experiencing insomnia
several nights a week. The obesity epidemic in the United States likewise
has pushed the rate of Obstructive Sleep Apnea over 10% of the Adult
population as well as Diabetes Mellitus type 2 to nearly 30%.
Sleep
and Hypnosis are forever intertwined. Hypnos comes from Greek to sleep.
Hypnosis is highly effective for insomnia. The techniques we use can also be
very helpful in almost every common sleep disorder as well. This workshop
includes case histories, demonstration and hands-on practice.
