WHAT IS EFT?
Essentially, EFT
is a form of "psychological acupuncture." It is also known as the Emotional
Freedom Technique, Energy Tapping, or just Tapping and is a therapeutic
technique you can use on yourself or with clients to obtain impressive
results for physical, emotional, and performance issues. It is easy to learn
and you will be able to apply the techniques immediately. Results are
usually long-lasting and accompanied by positive changes in thinking.
EFT WORKS BY:
- Addressing and clearing chronic negative emotions from past
experiences
- Relieving symptoms by focusing one’s thought on a problem while
tapping on various energy points
- Tapping meridian points on the body to
balance the energy in our system
- Keeping the memories intact, but without the emotional charge
