has hypnotized thousands of individuals since 1997 in private sessions,
group seminars and stage hypnosis shows. With two successful clinics
(Springfield & Decatur IL), he is also the Founder of the Heartland Hypnosis
Conference in St. Louis, MO and the Mitchell Institute of Professional
Hypnosis where he offers training as a Board Certified Instructor for the
National Guild of Hypnotists. He is a former adjunct faculty member at So.
Illinois Univ. School of Medicine in Springfield, IL serving on their
Complementary & Alternative Medicine Panel. He was The Mid-America Hypnosis
Conference “Hypnotist of the Year 2009” and received the “Religion and
Hypnotism Award” from the National Guild of Hypnotists. Rev. Mitchell is
also the Bi-Vocational Pastor of First Baptist Church (ABC) in Stonington,
IL. where he resides with his wife Linda and their children.
