About Anne
King
Anne King is a
certified member of the National Guild of Hypnotists and
International Hypnosis Federation. She is a Fellow of
The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy
Association and was named their Educator of The Year in
2001. She is also a certified Instructor of Hypnosis.
Ms. King has studied under numerous
well-known hypnotists and continues to attend seminars, lectures, conventions
and workshops annually to further her education. Her extensive training
allows her to incorporate many standard and advanced hypnotic techniques into
her work with clients and students as well as on the self-hypnosis tapes she
creates and markets.
Anne King worked full-time in the
hypnosis field from 1986 through 1994 with over 10,000 clients --- most of whom
were referred from medical professionals or satisfied clients. Hundreds of
written testimonials and a "no-complaint" record with the Better Business Bureau
attest to her success over the years.
One of her students took over her successful business in Beaumont, Texas, in 1994 when she relocated to the beautiful Boerne hill country in central Texas. In addition to seeing clients, Ms. King teaches hypnosis classes for certification as well as facilitating numerous other classes and workshops on a variety of subjects. She also creates and/or markets pre-made & custom self-hypnosis recordings and a
variety of books. The classes, recordings, and books are of interest to the general public as well as to beginning & experienced hypnotists.
Although Ms. King specializes in
Stop Smoking and Weight Loss programs, she has also worked with clients in
hundreds of other areas including: stress, self-confidence, memory and
concentration, exercise motivation, female sexual enjoyment, impotence,
salesmanship, study skills and exam performance, procrastination, eliminating
nervous habits, enhancing creativity and talents and abilities, eliminating
drugs and alcohol dependencies, improving sports performance, public speaking,
weight gain, assertiveness, locating misplaced articles, improving relationships
and more.
As an Instructor of Hypnosis, Anne
King is also an experienced and effective teacher, offering classes in Basic,
Intermediate and Advanced Hypnosis. Upon completion of the required
courses, her students are eligible for certification through the International
Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association. Certified Hypnotists can
obtain Continuing Education Units for these and other classes which are
conducted on a regular basis at her Boerne facility by herself and other
hypnosis instructors.
As a public service, Ms. King is
available to speak on the subject of hypnosis to interested clubs, organizations
and companies in her immediate areas at no charge.
