What you

Certification:
The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy
Association requires you to attend
2 weekends (out of 9)
in person. One of these must be
the last weekend of the Advanced course when the written
test is administered. The other can be any weekend of
your choice. During those times, I will make myself
available to go over what you've been studying. There is
no extra charge for these weekends.
The IMDHA requires a fee of $145
for the initial certification which I send to them with
your test and report. Their renewal fees are $75
annually.
