insure restful sleep and insightful dreams. Different types of dreams
and the archetype symbols they contain. How to recall and
remember your dreams. Steps in interpreting the
dream’s meaning. How to use crystals and
stones to help the dreaming process. How to protect yourself
from outside influences while you sleep.
Sylvia will conduct Reiki and
Guided Visualization to open the channels for insightful
dreams.
