BILL HIGGINS, is a
certified through the International and Medical Dental
Hypnotherapy Assoc. and National Guild of Hypnotists and is
a member of the Medical Center Hypnosis Clinic of San
Antonio. His mother was an astrologer of some note, but
because of his education and very logical technical
training, he did not have his first psychic experience until
about 20 years ago. He has trained with many different
psychic workers and is a Certified Metaphysical Counselor
through IMDHA.
